Order Acceptance:
Currently, we accept orders only from the website, the store by Phone or by Email.

All quotes and proforma invoices can be generated on the website by putting the products in the shopping cart and clicking checkout.

Payment Terms:
All payments must be received by us in our bank (cleared funds), before we can send the product(s). Currently we accept four forms of Payments.

- Cash on Pick-up:
Pay when you pickup Cash or EFTPOS cards at the Stores 

- Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer:
As the name suggests, a customer deposits the order total in a bank branch. All deposits or bank transfers should be accompanied by the "Order no." (same as order no or tax invoice No.) as the Reference and additionally (if possible), purchaser's Last Name. Otherwise, the payment can not be acknowledged and products will not be sent. In such situations you must send us e-mail with your order details.

Payment for Internet banking/Direct deposit orders must be made within 5 working days. If payment is not made within this time the order will be cancelled and will need to be placed again.

Payments made by direct credit or internet banking are processed overnight by the bank if payment is made before 8pm.  Payments made after 8pm are processed the following night, for example if you make a payment on Wednesday night at 9.30pm your payment will be processed Thursday night and show in our account on Friday morning.  Payments made on a Sat, Sun and Mon are all processed Monday night and show in our account on Tuesday.  Stat holidays are processed the next business day.

- Cheque or Money or Money Order:
Customers can buy a Bank cheque, personal /company cheque or send money through Money order from a Post shop. Product delivery through this method is subject to receipt of the money (cleared fund) in our bank account. Usually, it takes 5 working days after we deposit the cheque in the bank. Products will be sent after this time. We do not suggest this method of payment, if you are in a hurry.

-Credit Card:
Visa/MasterCard Securepay (2% Extra Surcharge)

Delivery

Delivery Terms:
If products are in stock and if payment is identified as cleared funds in our bank account, Products are sent 1-2 days after receiving your payment. You have two choices of Courier companies to get the product delivery. Please note that we do not have any control over the courier companies' delivery times.

Option -1
Fast, reliable and your parcel can be tracked from our website. Most of the deliveries are done same day or overnight. Some bulkier items like Monitor and case, to South Island , would take 2-3 business days.

Option -2
ORDINARY COURIERS - Slightly Cheaper but takes 3-5 working days or more to deliver. Track & trace can not be done from our website or from their website. Even their records are updated only after the product is delivered.
If a package is lost in transit then it takes about 3-5 weeks to track or claim for insurance.

*Packaging & Delivery - Rural Delivery within New Zealand by Courier Post, takes 1-7 working days (Usually 1-2 days).
